October 2 1943 - Fort 3604 from 2WSat 10:50 hrs overshot the field and hit a fence. Aircraft was a write-off.

Pilot - WP2 George William Stairs Serial# R104940 was seriously injured.

Occupant - LAC R.F. Emerson Serial# 163365 was uninjured.
