March 17 1941 - Harvard 2510 from 13 SFTS crashed 16:00 hrs. Aircraft was flying low on a cross country excersie and had to do a forced landing.

Pilot - F/O R.R. Bolter Serial# J6190 was seriously injured.

Occupant - LAC W.J. Higgins Serial# R148795 was uninjured.
